W.I.T.C.H.the Last Tear by Elizabeth Lenhard

This story is about teamwork and a painting in a museum.

  

 There are five girls Will, Irma, Taranee, Cornelia, and Hay Lin. The girls are all Guardians of the Veil. They close portals from Metamoor to Earth and they have a map of all the portals, but the portals only appear after they find them.When they go to close the portal  Elyon, an evil person,  stops them and puts them in a raindrop. Then after they talk to her and ask her to come back to Earth she puts them in a painting called The Never Ending Spring by Elias Van Dahl. She takes their powers away in the painting. As soon as they go into the painting they also find out that it's a neighborhood with people actually bustling around. 
They meet the actual painter in person, in fact, he was in the painting too! They fought a Metormoorian monster who was trying to keep the spell on the painting. As the Guardians fought, Elias mixed his paint colors and finally found out he could paint.

What I liked about this book was they helped each other even when it was hard they didn't give up and didn't let each other down even when it was tough.
